The G.R.O.W. Conference Anderson 2024

Our inaugural conference in Anderson, IN was hosted at Flagship Enterprise Center on September 26, 2024.

Our theme was Recipes for Success: Dishing Up Your Dream Life, and we hosted Joanne Thomas, international travel chef and author, as our keynote speaker. She also provided a unique dining experience as a bonus, add-on event to the conference!

The G.R.O.W. Conference Muncie 2024

The 2024 GROW Conference Muncie was held on November 14-15, 2024 and our theme was Leading with Style!

This two-day experience kicked off with a fabulous dinner and fashion show featuring local designers, where attendees could shop the runway straight from the vendor expo. Thursday’s keynote speaker was Jennifer Wiese, founder of BeeFree, who shared her incredible entrepreneurial journey.

On Friday, we dove into dynamic breakout sessions, exciting networking opportunities, and a keynote from Kristin Weeden, Chief Talent Officer at Penske Entertainment.
